  • What are our payment terms?
    DELITE mostly appplies T/T 30-70 terms. However, depending on the project, and parameters, other terms are open to consideration. Contact us for any specific request.
  • How fast can you deliver my wire fencing order?
    In specific cases, we can deliver your wire mesh fence order within 2 weeks to the nearest port of departure. However, most of orders take between 30 and 40 days before they are shipped.
  • How long do your steel fences last?
    Tough question. When installed and maintained properly, and optimal conditions, DELITE wire fence products can last 50years or more. Thanks to our wire fencing manufacturing, zinc coating DELITE actually have warranties in place. However, a fence that is not properly installed, or maintained will not last long.
  • Do you have a Warranty? How do you process complaints?
    Yes. We provide warranty according to wire fence specifications, up to 15 years. Based on our experience, complaints focus on a very small quantity of items. In most cases, DELITE will compensate for these. In very rare cases, a batch of steel fence accessories may not perform up to your standards. Depending on availability, and context, DELITE will ship a new batch asap.
