• Pale Bending(optional):Sometimes, fencing projects put a stress on anti-climb rather than on deterrence. These projects usually require an additional palisade fencing manufacturing step that consists in bending the upper part of the pale so it can not be climbed.


• Palisade fence coating: Depending on market & project specifics, pales can be dipped in a hot zinc bath to significantly increase its rust resistance. However, many palisade fence made in China utilize hot dip galvanized coil and apply a polymer coating. The pales are hanged and driven through an oven, then into a spraying chamber and back into an oven for curing.


• Palisade fence assembly:each pale is secured onto horizontal rails to form palisade fence panels. Fasteners such as rivets, or anti-tamper bolts are used, if the pales are not directly welded strong onto the rails.
